Climax- Slum Village

‘I want you right here in the world, being with you all alone is like dream come true’

Taking it back to old school 90s soul-hip hop, Slum Village always deliver on quality, especially with ‘Climax’. I come back to this song a lot, as its one that I never get tired listening to, for the nighttime vibes or a chill daytime tune, listen whenever.

Snoh Aalegra – I want you around

‘I want you around, around’

The visuals and lyrics of this song are perfected with a beauty like no other, probably my favourite song of the week, Snoh’s timeless voice is able to put me in my feels all the time, her style has a unique consistency to it of transporting the listener to a different realm.

Don’t waste my time – Zilo

‘I won’t let you have what is mine, I’m safer being lonely that’s fine, kinda getting used to the vibe’

This is one for the alt r&b loving fans, Zilo’s soft voice effortlessly glides across the track, a fluid free-flowing tune from the upcoming artist Zilo.

Jason Statham pt 2 – Pivot gang

‘On my land like a landlord

‘Jason Statham pt 2’ showcases the Chicago collective Pivot gang which includes the likes of brothers Saba and Joseph Chilliams, it is a smooth blend of chill and fire vibes that display the mood of the collective

Good morning, wake up wake up, wake up and get yourself to church yeah

‘Church’ has been one of my favourite upbeat uplifting songs for a while now, giving me a bounce in my step with a positive message that speaks to the masses, Samm Henshaw is a talented South-east londoner who infuses hip hop with gospel in his music and does so perfectly in this song.
